HIPAA and HITECH controls
Only the access a job needs. A trail of who opened a chart. Encryption on the way and at rest. A written path if something goes wrong. Health data is not treated as a generic user list.
Healthcare
Appointments, notes, and roles on PHP or Node, designed so HIPAA, HITECH, GDPR, and FHIR / HL7 can sit in the brief from day one.
How we work this vertical
A clinic desk is already loud. The product should feel calm: short journeys, tight access, few extra screens. Appointments, handoffs, and notes share one data model. Staff can work in React. The public site can stay on Laravel.
We name the rules in the brief. HIPAA and HITECH for protected health information in the US. GDPR where EU or UK data is in scope. FHIR / HL7 when records or bookings must move between systems. Access, audit, encryption, and how long you keep a record are designed in — not added after launch. Your counsel and any business associate agreement remain the legal path. We build the software to match.
What we ship
/01
Only the access a job needs. A trail of who opened a chart. Encryption on the way and at rest. A written path if something goes wrong. Health data is not treated as a generic user list.
/02
A lawful reason to hold the data, a retention period, and a way to export or delete when a person asks.
/03
Appointments, demographics, and results on agreed contracts when you already talk to an EHR, lab, or payer — not a Friday spreadsheet.
/04
Slots, rooms, and the late arrival — without a second calendar in email.
/05
The next person sees what they need, not the whole file by default.
/06
Front desk, clinician, and billing do not share a login.
/07
Few screens, large targets, no extra chrome for a feature list.

03
Short cycles, working software, regular walkthroughs.
